Bowers & Wilkins has launched a new Music App that lets you control music across the B&W Formation range of products. The B&W Music App works with Qobuz (including hi-res, 24-bit 96kHz files), Tidal, TuneIn, Dash Radio (in certain markets), NTS Radio and SoundCloud. More services will be added "in the coming months", according to B&W.

The Bottom Line. The high-end Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2 headphones look, feel, and sound fantastic, which makes their less-than-impressive noise cancellation capabilities forgivable.

To perform a factory reset: Ensure the speaker is connected to power and turned on by pressing the power button. Press and hold the Reset button (located at the rear of the speaker) using a straightened paper clip, for up to 10 seconds. The indicator light will temporarily either flash red (A5, A7, Z2 and Zeppelin Air users) or flash white
The larger A7 reviewed here improves on the smaller A5 by adding a USB input for use with computers, and a built-in 6-inch subwoofer to augment its 1-inch tweeters and 3-inch midranges. It also has a lot more amp power: 25 watts for each mid and tweet, plus another 50 for the sub. A large port on the rear reinforces the sub’s output.
However, the A5 lacks an iPod connector and relies solely on AirPlay and a 3.5mm analog input for sound. The Z2 is equipped with 2x87.5mm (3.5”) drivers and no tweeter, none, at all. The A5 jumps to 2x100mm (4”) drivers and 2x25mm (1”) tweeters. Both units utilize a rear firing port for added bass response.
